SITEPOWER wishes you and your family a Merry Christmas and a strong start to 2026!
As 2025 comes to a close, I want to personally thank you for once again trusting SITEPOWER with your standby generator needs. Your confidence in our company is something I take seriously—it’s the responsibility that drives us to raise the bar every single day.
A Message of Thanks, Commitment, and Higher Standards...
You may be aware that, due to recent staff changes and an early start to winter conditions, some generator maintenance routes have experienced delays. I want you to know this is not being taken lightly. I have personally been in the field, working these routes, and performing maintenance to ensure our commitments are met. At the same time, I am actively, and personally training the next generation of SITEPOWER technicians.
We are currently on-track to have three factory-trained and certified service technicians fully deployed during the first quarter of 2026, with plans to add two more before the fall 2026 maintenance season. These individuals are being trained to exceed—not simply meet—the standards we expect. They will also hold factory training certifications. I appreciate your patience as we complete this transition correctly, not quickly.
My team and I remain committed to earning your trust by setting the standard in the generator industry and eliminating anything—processes, habits, or people—that does not meet that standard.
This past year brought change, growth, and some difficult decisions. Those decisions were very intentional. There’s a saying that applies to any organization that refuses to stagnate: “If you can’t change your people, change your people.” The reality is this—The strongest and most competent businesses are built by removing weak links. That commitment is not negotiable. It’s one we make to ourselves, our industry, and most importantly, to you.
The people and standards that get you where you are are not always the ones that will get you where you’re going. We know there is still work to do—and we’re not afraid of it. Your loyalty and trust keep us moving forward with purpose. We understand that there may be some sort-term uncertainty, and some will bail, but loyalty is always rewarded.
In an industry—and a culture—where “good enough” has become acceptable, SITEPOWER refuses to follow suit. We do not cut corners. We do not lower standards. We choose the harder path—the right one.
Zero shortcuts.
Zero excuses.
Higher standards.
As we move into 2026, here are five things you can continue to count on from SITEPOWER:
1. Locally owned. Family operated.
No buyouts. No venture capital. No corporate control. Just real people who are accountable to our clients, our community, and our reputation.
2. High standards—without compromise.
We don’t hire “parts changers,” and we don’t put someone in a truck just to fill a seat. You get trained, certified professionals who know what they’re doing—because anything less is unacceptable.
3. Real people. Real connections.
Your calls are answered locally by people who care and are empowered to help. No overseas call centers. No runaround. Just solutions.
4. A serious commitment to excellence.
With more than 30 years in the generator industry, we understand the difference between reacting to problems and preventing them. We do not tolerate laziness, shortcuts, or entitlement. Our team is here by choice—and that difference shows in the work.
5. Continued contribution.
We remain committed to giving back—to our clients, our communities, and our industry. SITEPOWER proudly supports Veterans, First Responders, and Young Entrepreneurs, and we will continue investing in causes that strengthen communities and raise standards.
We’re proud of what we’ve built—and even more energized by what’s ahead.
The trust you place in SITEPOWER is both humbling and a responsibility we carry daily. As we enter 2026, our focus remains clear: reliable and competent service, honest and responsive communication, and keeping your power on when it matters most—so your family stays safe and comfortable when outages occur.
From all of us at SITEPOWER, thank you for being part of this journey. We appreciate your loyalty and look forward to continuing to grow—so we can serve you even better.
Merry Christmas and Happy New Year,
Dan Hall
